Mama Bea's chicken salad is additive! Absolutely the best chicken salad I have ever tasted!
I think it was Tina Turner who sang “better than all the rest”. That was the tune that came to mind when I tried this Spicy Cranberry chicken salad. Trina it was great to have met you. I’m glad you were across from Culinary Creation at the Summerville Farmer’s Market today when I bid my daughter, Elissa a fond farewell for our return trip to Massachusetts. My only regret, I wish we had purchased more than one salad container for our lunches over the next several days.
I look forward to this chicken salad every week as my weekend reward!
